Dr. Armen graduated from Yerevan’s University of Medicine in 1986.
He worked as a dentist until 1990 when he immigrated with his family to Israel. Dr. Armen worked at his own practice for 17 years until the family moved to Canada. Dr. Armen became a Canadian licensed dentist in 2014.
Outside of work Dr. Armen enjoys travelling, getting familiar with other cultures thru traveling and reading. Dr. Armen is married and has two daughters.

Dr. Allen Aptekar studied at the University of Toronto, earning his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. He continued his studies at the University Of Saskatchewan College Of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with distinction.
Dr. Aptekar then went on to complete a hospital residency at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center and the University of Toronto with a special focus on emergency dentistry and oral surgery.
Dr. Allen Aptekar has received numerous awards and accolades in his decade of work in implant dentistry. He holds diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology, a designation that only 400 dentists/surgeons have in the world. He holds diplomate status with the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Aptekar is also on faculty with the Misch International Implant Institute Canada.
